The number one question we have been getting from clients this week: Is it the right time to up the dials on stocks? Valuation is driven by earnings, balance sheet strength (particularly in times of distress) and of course confidence. Confidence comes and goes in cycles. But, earnings growth doesn't lie and eventually drives the valuation of a company - In this article we run some earnings growth/decline numbers through some scenarios and make some conclusions on how far the market has fallen and could continue to fall.
